I've always loved two things... dancing and desserts, but never did I think I could do both.
​
However, when my dance career came to a halt due to an injury followed by a pandemic (yikes), that suddenly became possible. My high school sweetheart, now husband, gifted me an "Intro to Royal Icing" decorating class to lift my spirits, and from that day forward, a new passion was born.
​
With countless hours of self-teaching, I opened up Jazzy Jac's Cookies in 2020 to my friends and family... and it was a hit! Though I couldn't dance at the time, I felt that I had finally found it's equivalent in fulfilling my artistic needs.
​
Two years later, I am so grateful to be dancing professionally in NYC and continuing to make people smile with my cookies whenever I can. Now thanks to this venture, my life onstage and off feels sweeter than ever.
